Complete bathroom renovation

Large-format grey stone-look tiles, a black vanity, a lit niche and a wall-hung toilet give the bathroom a cohesive finish.
This project is a complete bathroom renovation, from strip-out to finished room. The finished bathroom uses grey stone-look tiles as its unifying surface, with black details providing contrast. The large tiles give the walls a calm appearance, while the light ceiling and white sanitaryware stand out against the grey tones of the stone effect. The photographs show the result from two angles: the basin viewed from the doorway, and the wall with the recessed niche above the toilet.
At the basin, a black vanity is paired with a dark countertop and a white bowl basin. The oval mirror softens the meeting between the straight lines of the tiles and the fittings. Across the room, a wall-hung toilet sits beneath a lit niche. Recessed into the tiled wall, the niche provides a defined space without projecting shelves. The black flush plate follows the same detail palette as the vanity.
Recessed ceiling spotlights complement the niche lighting and bring out the stone texture of the tiles. A linear shower drain and black details also form part of the project. Together, the large-format surfaces, lighting and clear contrasts create a bathroom whose finishes and fittings work together visually.
