- Can we live there during the work?

- Do you help with building permits?
- Yes – we prepare drawings and documents and handle contact with the municipality.
- How is the price set?
- After a home visit we give a fixed price based on scope, materials and layout.
- Am I eligible for the ROT tax deduction?
- Usually yes if you own and live in the property – the deduction applies to labour, up to the current annual cap. We handle it on the invoice; check current rules with Skatteverket.
