- How long does a re-roof take?
- A normal house with 120–150 m² of roof takes 1–2 weeks depending on weather and tile type.
- What does a new roof cost?
- From about SEK 1,500/m² for metal to SEK 2,800+/m² for concrete or clay tiles including labour.
- Do I need a permit?
- Usually not for like-for-like replacement. A change of colour or material may need a notification – we advise.
- What time of year?
- April–October is best. In mild weather it also works in winter.
- What warranty do I get?
- 10 years on workmanship and manufacturer warranty (up to 30 years) on tiles and metal.
