A new roof in 8 days. Built to last 30+ years.

This roof replacement was carried out in Näset, Gothenburg, where the client wanted to replace an ageing roof with a durable solution for decades to come. The work was completed in 8 working days with a focus on quality, care and a result that lasts.

We erected scaffolding around the whole house, stripped down to the load-bearing rafters and laid new boarding, Icopal Flexilight underlay and counter- and tile battens. Chimney flashings, gable and eaves flashings and gutters were replaced in the same stage so the whole roof system works as one unit.

Finally, new matt-glazed concrete tiles in deep black were laid with careful fitting around the roof hatch and penetrations. The result is a tight, quiet and maintenance-free roof that protects the house and is designed for the west-coast climate for at least 30 years.
