The whole house renovated from the ground up – new layout, new kitchen, two new bathrooms and premium surfaces throughout.
The house in Örgryte was taken through from the ground up. The layout was redrawn to open up the connections between kitchen, dining and living room, and both bathrooms were built completely new.
We were responsible for the whole chain – demolition, framing, new installations and premium surfaces throughout – under one project manager.
The result is a 180 m² home that feels calm and timeless, delivered to a four-week schedule.
